「新時代電視八月好滋味」食譜 – 士多啤梨/咖啡曲奇

材料: 砂糖         100克 牛油         200克 麵粉         300克 雞蛋         1隻 士多啤梨/咖啡香油  1茶匙     做法: 1. 先將砂糖及牛油攪勻。 2. 再於(1)內放入雞蛋攪勻。 3. 加已篩麵粉入(2)內混合。 4. 士多啤梨/咖啡香油加入(3)內攪勻。 5. 將(4)放入唧筒內,唧出曲奇形狀。 6. 將果仁放於曲奇餅面。 7. 預熱焗爐,用180°C焗20分鐘。

「新時代電視八月好滋味」食譜 – 青蘋果夾心蛋糕

青蘋果夾心蛋糕   1. 青蘋果 3個 (去皮,砌半寸丁方)2. 白砂糖 20克3. 低麵 20克4. 肉桂粉 1小匙(可用丁香、荳蔻粉代替或可不用)5. 蛋 1個6. 白砂糖 100克7. 無鹽奶油(溶化的) 45克8. 檸檬汁 1大匙9. 低麵 180克10. 泡打粉(B.P) 1又1/2小匙烤箱要先預熱 10 分鐘 作法: A.先將1~4混合均勻醃漬些許時間B.再把5~8混合均勻再加9~10混合均勻(在此部份的5~6可打發)C.再以麵糊→蘋果丁→麵糊的組合方式放入模型裡(組合方式可依個人喜好變化)D.再以火溫 170 度 烤 30~40 分鐘即可

「新時代電視八月好滋味」食譜 – 日式芝士蛋糕

材料:忌廉芝士 250g蛋黃 x 3個 蛋白 x 4個白砂糖 x 69g自發粉 x 50g雲呢拿香油 x 1/4tsp 作法 :1.先以180度預熱焗爐,餅模上鋪上牛油紙可紙; 忌廉芝士先在室溫下待軟。2.以電動發蛋機發打芝士, 加入45g白砂糖拌勻,遂一拌入蛋黃及雲呢拿香油。3.蛋白發打至見泡,慢慢加入15克的砂糖, 發至廷身。4.自發粉慢慢篩入芝士糊內,同時用腸杓以反摺手法拌勻。5.蛋白糊倒入芝士糊內, 輕力地以反摺手法拌勻。6.混合物倒入餅模後,放在已注入熱水的焗盤上, 放入焗爐焗45分鐘, 即可享用。

這是一個材料簡易且易做的美味芝士蛋糕食譜,你可以在打cheese時加入檸檬汁,檸檬皮屑或柳橙汁,柳橙皮屑或簡單的香草等香料,就成了各種口味的 cheese cake   材料: 550克 creamcheese 100克 砂糖 2個大雞蛋或3個小雞蛋 作法: 室溫或微波軟化後的creamchees加蛋黃加一半的砂糖打均勻 Y要做成其他口味,可在此步驟加入果汁或香料等 蛋白和剩餘和砂糖打至乾性發泡 將三分之一的蛋白用橡皮刀或木匙切入(1),拌勻後再切入其餘的蛋白 模型周圍塗奶油,再拍上椰子粉(以在烤好後易於取出),將(3)倒入,用170度烤 40至60分鐘,或至表面呈金黃色 趁熱取出模型,待涼,切片
